Online Building Sanction

In order to submit a plan for approval you will need to:   1. Be a registered Architect/Licensed Engineer    2. Provide the information online at www.AutoDcr.com or submit a CD (Click here to download       the application program developed to generate the form you can copy onto a CD in the required       format )   Follow simple four steps below to register yourself.   1. Download the registration form here. In case you do not have a printer, you can obtain the form        at  the City Engineers and Ward Offices  Download Here    2. Fill up the form and submit it to the City Engineers and Ward Offices.(The ward offices are in the         process of beginning to accept these applications and all offices may not be fully functional till the        new process sets in over the next few days.)    3. After verifying your credentials you are given a registration number that is valid till 31st March         of  the current financial year. Eg: If you have registered your self on any date between 1st of April         2008 and 31st March 2009, the validity of license is till 31st of March 2009.   4. You will receive a user name and a password to access the Architect console of the Automated         Development Control Rules Online (AutoDCR).      Registered but do not having Login name/Password for Online access?
